This is the state of Basaveshwara Road 2nd Cross near Agrahara in city since the past four years. With the road being not asphalted and with many overflowing manholes, residents are forced to inhale foul smell emanating from the overflowing manholes. Authorities concerned are urged to take steps to asphalt this road and also to clear the clogged manholes at the earliest for the benefit of the residents.
