Governor of Karnataka Dr. Sudha Yadav yesterday visited Sri Chamundeshwari Temple atop Chamundi Hill for the first time after assuming office as the Governor. She offered special prayers and sought the divine blessings of the presiding deity. Temple chief priest Dr. Shashishekar Dixit feted Dr. Sudha with a shawl & memento. The Governor also visited Suttur Mutt at the foot of Chamundi Hill, participated in homa rituals and sought the blessings of Sri Shivarathri Deshikendra Swamiji.
