Will this interlocking tiles on K.T. Street be laid properly?

Though water pipes were laid about two weeks ago, the interlocking tiles on one of the Cross in K.T. Street were removed to dig trench to lay new water pipes. After completion of the works, they have not been laid properly which is causing a lot of inconvenience to the residents and to those using the lane. Authorities concerned are urged to do the needful.
