At a time when Mysuru, led by the Mysuru City Corporation (MCC), is gearing up for the Swachh Survekshan Survey 2025-2026 with initiatives such as marathons, cleanliness-themed wall graffiti and debates on maintaining hygienic surroundings, waste continues to be dumped on streets and set on fire, undermining every effort to regain the lost clean city ranking.
