Winter is here and amidst the chill weather where people are seen warming themselves up with fireplaces at every nook and corner of the city, a Winter Festival is being held to spread a feeling of warmth. The Festival will kick off from Tuesday, Dec. 24 and will end on Jan. 2. This is the fourth edition of the Winter Festival and its main aim is to attract tourists from far and wide.
