A private vacant site on 6th Main Road just behind Janata Bazaar on Irwin Road has turned into a public urinal. As a result the whole place stinks putting the residents of the area and the nearby shopkeepers to untold misery. But people have not only made this place a public urinal but the residents also dispose garbage in this vacant land. Action must be taken to see that a compound is built to prevent people from entering the site.
