Sir, From April 2017 onwards, the Zonal offices of MCC will start collecting property tax. After filling the form and standing in queue for payment at the cash counter, many persons will have to carry required denominations and enter the same in the respective cash challan. It would be better if MCC uses swiping machine at the cash counter which can save time as also encourages cashless transaction and avoids taxpayer carrying correct cash and enter denomination in the challan. Will MCC look into this ?
