Uncovered manhole a bane in Vijayanagar 4th Stage

Uncovered manhole in Vijayanagar 4th Stage, has become a bane to the residents, who say that despite giving complaints, no action has been taken till now. The residents have alleged that during rains, the manhole gets blocked and sewage water overflows from it emanating foul smell and also increase in mosquitoes in the vicinity. Authorities concerned are urged to get the problem rectified. And also,  to look in to the incomplete pit which was dug up to construct a new manhole, causing inconvenience to all.
