UGD works at snail’s pace in Shivarathreeshwara Nagar

The UGD works taken up about three months ago near the skating rink at Shivarathreeshwara Nagar by digging trenches in front of houses to lay sewage pipelines has not been completed and is moving slower than snail’s pace. Residents say that they are inconvenienced since three months and it has become difficult to take out the vehicles from houses and impossible to move on the so-called road. Residents have urged the authorities concerned to expedite the works and complete the same at the earliest.
