He revealed that the Country’s lone National Flag Manufacturing Unit approved by the Bureau of Indian Standards is located at Bengeri in Hubballi and the cloth required is woven at Khadi Sangha in Tulasigeri in Bagalkote District. Thus, Karnataka can feel proud of supplying National Flag right from which flutters over Red Fort to all Government Offices across the Country, he said.
