The above two photographs taken today say it all. Apparently, a peepal tree is growing on top of the State Bank of India (SBI) building on Ashoka Road, opposite Lashkar Police Station, Mysuru and the occupants seem oblivious to the threat posed by this growth. The tree has grown quite big and is healthy and the roots, very visible, have spread on the parapet with outer plaster coming off due to this.
