This manhole in Vijayanagar needs to be covered

An open manhole at Vijayanagar 2nd Stage near a kindergarten is without a cover and despite complaining to the respective person, no action has been taken till date, says residents, who alleged that though civic authorities visited the spot they have failed to initiate action in this regard.
