Storm water drain emanating foul smell at J.P. Nagar

Foul smell is emanating from a storm water drain behind JSS Public School in J.P. Nagar causing inconvenience to the residents and the students. With water becoming stagnant, it has become a place for mosquitoes to breed which may lead to breakout of epidemics. Authorities concerned are urged to take steps to clear the drain at the earliest for the benefit of all.
