Indiscriminate burning of garbage and waste materials is taking place on the 1st cross road of CV Road in Bannimantap here causing a lot of inconvenience to the public and the residents who have to inhale toxic smoke emanating from the burning garbage. Civic authorities are urged to conduct an inspection, deploy its officials and penalise those who are found dumping and burning garbage.
