Rain water which has been collected in a large pit next to Gopala Gowda Hospital looks like a lake. With the water turning green and garbage dumped into it, the so-called lake is emanating foul smell causing a lot of inconvenience to the residents living in the surrounding and the place is also a threat to cattle and other animals. Authorities concerned are urged to take steps to solve the problem at the earliest.
