Of late it is observed that the concerned staff are not opening the doors of last three compartments of Shatabdi Express which leaves to Chennai from Mysuru. The passengers have to help themselves to open the doors of these compartments. Probably the concerned staff becomes lethargic after opening the doors of other compartments and hence leaving the last three compartments for the self-service of the passengers.
