The civic body, which undertook construction of a drain on the 8th Cross of Shivaji Road in N.R. Mohalla has left it incomplete and sewage water, unable to flow further has become stagnant and emanating foul smell besides becoming a place for mosquitoes to breed allege residents. The residents have urged the authorities concerned to take steps to get the unfinished drain work completed at the earliest and prevent any contagious diseases from spreading.
