A M-sand-laden tipper (KA-11-B-4905) from Mandya, which was proceeding on the Ring Road near J.P. Nagar, toppled last night spilling the sand on the road. The tipper driver, who summoned a crane and an earth excavating machine to the spot, got the vehicle removed from the road this morning, it is learnt. As weekend curfew is in force since Friday 10 pm, vehicular traffic on the Ring Road was less last night and no loss of life or injuries has been reported.
