I had been to the RTO Office (Mysore West) recently, in order to add licence to drive another class of vehicle in addition to the existing one. As we all know, now the Central Government has made online facility (website: https://parivahan.gov.in) available to fill the applications related to Learners Licence, DL etc., and also uploading of documents. This has avoided unnecessary travel to RTO Office. We can also pay the fees using online method itself! We must thank the Central Government for implementing such people-friendly online software facility, which saves productive time of people.
