Roadside garbage dumping, an eyesore on Gen. Thimayya Road

Improper collection of household garbage is resulting in dumping of the same on roadsides which has become an eyesore on General Thimayya Road, close to the HP Petrol Bunk near the Ring Road in Vijayanagar, allege residents. The residents have urged the authorities concerned to at least place garbage bins at vantage points in the locality so that garbage could be dumped into it which would prevent it from scattering all over.
