Primary & Secondary Education Minister Tanveer Sait recently inspected the ongoing construction of houses taken up by the Mysuru City Corporation (MCC) at Indira Colony in N.R. Constituency under Rajiv Awas Yojana. A total of 116 houses are being built in Indira Colony at a cost of Rs. 6.60 crore, with 35% funding from the Centre, 40% from the State Government and 25% from the beneficiaries and the MCC. Rs. 4.47 crore has been released till now. Corporator S. Swamy, leaders Rajkumar, Srinivas, Vasanthkumar, Bhaskar and others accompanied the Minister.
