public toilet remains closed

Sir,

This public toilet built on 4th Main, Sewage Farm Road, Vidyaranyapuram by utilising public money, is always locked for public usage. This is resulting in people urinating in public and then the MCC comes up with an “innovative” idea of installing reflective sheets at the cost of public money to embarrass the passersby.

The danger of headlights reflecting on other motorists because of these reflective sheets is something MCC isn’t bothered about, because it is the problem of Traffic Police.

If public urinals are kept open for public then reflective sheets are not required to reflect the inefficiencies of MCC.

Is this toilet waiting for an elected representative to urinate first as inauguration?

Residents in this area are already tolerating the stench of garbage dump yard.
