Sir, With the construction of the Outer Ring Road and subsequent usage of the same by the users a decade ago, the traffic density has doubled. In the recent past many major and minor accidents have taken place frequently. I wonder why the Railways in collaboration the local MCC are not taking up the work of making another passage underneath the Railway tracks. The present single pass through is creating confusion and traffic commotion during peak hours. There are three Railway under-bridges from Hotel Royal Inn till Columbia Asia Hospital. It is high time the Railways should look into this and pave way at another side for smooth flow of traffic.
