Poorly lit street-lights in Vijayanagar 4th Stage

The poorly lit street has become a nightmare for women in Vijayanagar 4th Stage, 2nd Phase. Most of the street-lights which are installed over here are either not working or are producing dim lights. In some areas there are no street-lights at all and as a result women can’t even go for a walk or for any other needs early morning or at night. The authorities concerned are urged to wake up and do the needful.
