This road (Manna Street) in Bannimantap 2nd Stage opposite to Karnataka Gramin Bank which was dug up to lay new UGD pipeline about a year ago is not asphalted causing a lot of problems to the public especially motorists and vehicles ferrying school children to nearby schools. Residents say that following recent rains, slush has formed on the dug up portion and the entire stretch is covered with mud which is slippery. The public have urged the authorities concerned to take steps to asphalt the road at the earliest.
