Plea to expedite works taken up on Kalidasa Road

A portion of Kalidasa Road (K.D. Road) has been dug up to lay water pipes more than a month ago but the works are left incomplete. This is causing a lot of inconvenience to the public as there is frequent traffic jam on this busy road. Residents say that despite complaining to one of the persons in-charge of the works, there is no progress and the works are not even moving in snail’s pace. Authorities concerned are urged to complete the works at the earliest.
