Trenches dug up on Akbar Road 3rd Cross on Nov. 11 to lay underground cables is going on at a snail’s pace and the work is still not completed thus causing a lot of problems to the residents. They alleged that it has become difficult for them especially senior citizens and children to move about due to open trenches on the road. The residents have urged the authorities concerned to get the works completed before any untoward incident takes place.
