Plea to clear mud and other wastes dumped on footpath in Vijayanagar

Mud and other wastes which was removed from the drain on the Double Road in Vijayanagar 2nd Stage a couple of months ago is dumped on the footpath forcing pedestrians to walk on the road risking their lives. The public have urged the authorities concerned to take steps to clear the dumped debris at the earliest.
