Plea to clear garbage at Vijayanagar

Garbage dumped in the bin placed by the MCC at RK Corner in Vijayanagar 2nd Stage (road connecting the high tension double roads) is not being cleared regularly resulting in the same getting scattered on the road which is attracting a lot of stray dogs. Also, wind is carrying the garbage to houses causing problems to the residents. Authorities concerned are urged to take steps and instruct its staff to clear the garbage on a daily basis.
