Waste such as papers, used paper cups and other such materials thrown inside a drain near Khairul Wara Masjid in Rajivnagar is blocking the free flow of sewage water which has now become stagnant and emanating foul smell. Authorities concerned are urged to take steps to get the drain cleaned at the earliest.
