Used plastic covers, plates, PET bottles and papers which are dumped inside a drain near the SBI ATM on Ashoka Road corner is hindering the smooth flow of water in it and is also emanating foul smell. This apart, concrete slabs, covering the drain are removed which may cause problems to the pedestrians as the road is busy always. Authorities concerned are urged to take steps to get the drain cleaned and covered properly for the benefit of the public.
