Sewage water is flowing from a damaged manhole on the 2nd Cross, near Muttumariyamma Temple in Kalyangiri near JSS Layout causing a lot of inconvenience to the residents. They said that despite giving a complaint (No.350) to the MCC, no action has been taken till date. With sewage water getting stagnant, residents fear outbreak of dengue or malaria due to increase in mosquitoes in the surroundings. Authorities concerned are urged to take steps to rectify the problem at the earliest.
