Pathetic state of drains in Rajarajeshwarinagar during rain

This is the pathetic state of drains when it rains in Rajarajeshwarinagar, BEML 2nd stage. With authorities not bothering to get the drains cleaned before monsoon, a lot of waste materials which are already present in the drain are chocking it resulting in water not flowing smoothly and is overflowing which may enter houses and get mixed to water stored in sumps. Authorities concerned are urged to take steps to get the drains cleaned at the earliest for the benefit of all.
