Pathetic condition of road at Vijayanagar 2nd Stage

A private mobile telephone company, which has dug a pit at Vijayanagar 2nd Stage near the Ring Road junction to lay its cable about 15 days ago, has damaged the water pipeline and has also not covered the pit it had dug up resulting in precious water flowing into the uncovered pit and overflowing from it. One of SOM readers, who has sent the picture, says that most of the roads in Vijayanagar has been dug up overnight to lay cables and the dug up portion is not levelled and asphalted which is leading to several accidents on daily basis. Authorities concerned are urged to take steps to get the dug up portion levelled and asphalted at the earliest for the benefit of all.
