The park behind the compound of Kamakshi Hospital is filled with parthenium plants making it a haven for snakes, rodents and other reptiles posing danger to children who play in the park. Though the restoration works of the park was initiated a year back, it has ceased to progress due to reasons best known to the authorities. Authorities concerned are urged to get the park cleared of parthenium.
