A park which is being constructed behind Kamakshi Hospital on Maruti Temple Road in Ward 47 is going on at a snail’s pace, affecting the residents as weeds and overgrown bushes have filled up the park making it a safe haven for reptiles including snakes. This, in turn, has turned the park into a garbage dumping yard. Authorities concerned are urged to take steps to complete the construction of the park at the earliest for the benefit of the residents.
