Sewage water overflowing from a manhole located on the 1st main, 80 ft road, A-1 Block at Vijayanagar 3rd stage, is getting stagnant and is emanating foul smell causing a lot of problems to the residents. Besides causing health problems, the stagnant sewage water has become a perfect place for mosquitoes to breed. Residents have urged the authorities concerned to take steps to get the place cleaned and repair the clogged manhole at the earliest.
