Overflowing manhole: A permanent solution needed at Vijayanagar

Sewage water is overflowing from a clogged manhole at the 12th Cross in Vijayanagar 1st Stage causing a lot of problems to the residents who allege that this problem exists since several years despite lodging numerous complaints. The overflowing sewage water becomes stagnant at a distance and is emanating foul smell besides becoming a perfect breeding place for mosquitoes. The residents have urged the authorities concerned to take steps to provide a permanent solution to the problem.
