An ornamental lamp post and balustrades on Nanjangud Road near the subway in front of Dasara Exhibition Grounds were found damaged yesterday. Many balustrades, lamp posts and even tiles on footpath on Raja Marga and around the world famous Mysore Palace have been damaged. With Dasara festivities round the corner and inflow of tourists expected to increase shortly, authorities are having a tough time to fix the damages with very little time.
