An open manhole opposite Sindhoora Convention Hall at Vishweshwaranagar is inviting a disaster to happen as monsoon has set in. During heavy rains, the manhole will not be visible which may result in fatalities. Authorities concerned are urged to take note of it and address the problem at the earliest.
