One of our readers from J.P. Nagar sent this above picture with a note saying: “During my evening walk close to Government Hospital in J.P. Nagar, I noticed some children busy with something on the middle of the road. The sense of urgency to alert people that these children had was what the authorities concerned lack, is what struck my mind that moment.”
