The International Day of Yoga (IDY) was celebrated at Nirvana Yoga Shhala - A School for Yoga and Tantra located in Gokulam 2nd Stage by holding a yoga session in accordance with the social distance guidelines that is in place due to COVID-19 pandemic.
Foreign students who are staying back in the institution and also other students of the Yoga School took part in the yoga session that was led by Institution Founder Shashikumar. Yoga trainer Karthik was also present. The yoga session was also live streamed.
