night patrolling needed on rin

Sir,

It has been observed that there is a growing movement of anti-social elements on the Ring Road near Devanur after midnight.

These individuals often roam in groups on two-wheelers and frequently get into quarrels, causing significant disturbance to the residents of the area.

This situation is further aggravated by certain tea/cigarette shops that remain open until dawn, which unfortunately seem to serve as gathering points for such groups.

Additionally, several illegal activities, including incidents of robbery, have come to notice.

Many of the streetlights along this stretch are dysfunctional, creating dark spots that provide a favourable environment for criminal activities.

I request the Police to maintain strict vigilance in this area and take necessary measures to curb this growing menace.
