Sir, Very recently we had applied for passport at Mysuru Passport Seva Kendra in Metagalli. Both me and my wife are senior citizens. The staff were very courteous. They really helped us in completing the process. Here we have some suggestions. The hall can have a better seating arrangement and ambience. But forgetting these small shortfalls, the officers deserve our appreciation. After few weeks, we got a call from VV Puram Police Station for address verification. When both of us went on the appointed time, the staff — one Vishvanath — was very courteous. He filled all relevant forms himself and took our signatures at assigned places. We completed our work there within 10 minutes. We once again wholeheartedly appreciate both the Passport Seva Kendra staff and VV Puram Police Station staff.
