Sir, Nowadays, keeping the kid on the lap of the parent while driving has become very common. I am seeing such practice regularly in the city. One such incident was captured by me near Bogadi (see picture). It is against the road safety rules and highly risky for both the rider and the kid as well. Many parents were also seen not wearing the helmet in such incidents. It is the responsibility of the parents or elders to take care of such small kids while on the ride. Use of child safety belt, which ties the baby securely to the parent, is highly recommended in such occasions.
