Members of the Digambar Jain community held a silent protest in front of Mahatma Gandhi statue at Gandhi Square in city on Saturday against what they perceive as false and defamatory claims circulating about Sri Kshetra Dharmasthala. The protest was led by Jain Monk 108 Acharya Punyasagar Muni. Jain community leaders Harish Hegde, Suma Dayakar, Lakshmeesh Babu and others were present.
