Sir, The BSNL internet service has become an intermittent service at best and not working for the rest of the time. The lack of understanding of the customer service representatives adds to our woes. After repeated complaints they sent a technician who could not find any fault and suggested waiting few more days and complain again. Apparently if more people complain the service may improve according to the technician. BSNL is very prompt in sending bills to customers but are incredibly poor in providing service. Staff simply do not care and have an undesirable attitude towards complaining customers. It is high time that customers are provided quality service as promised. While the internet is readily available on most mobile phones, home users are subject to intermittent availability much like water supply during summers.
