Sir, Mysureans, who fly frequently to various destinations, mostly abroad, are very happy about the ‘Flybus’ service from Bangalore Airport to Mysuru City. Right now this bus serves mostly international passengers. Since there is no domestic flying service except for one from Mysuru, people have to use Bangalore Airport for all domestic flying. There are a number of passengers who arrive at Bangalore Airport from different destinations such as Hubballi, Belagaavi, Hyderabad etc., and will want to get back to Mysuru. They have to depend on taxis with exorbitant fares. It will be highly appreciated if the frequency of Flybus from the Bangalore Airport to Mysuru Bus Stand is increased for every 1.5 hours. The KSRTC authorities can think over this request and take a positive step. They can handover this service even to private contract buses with a permit (such service was available in Mumbai-Pune, until Poona got its own Airport).
