Incomplete and slow works being carried out from Central Post Office towards Town Hall are causing a lot of problems to motorists, residents and shopkeepers. Shopkeepers say the road was dug up about three months ago, but the work is yet to be completed. They also alleged that a portion of the dug up road has not been filled properly and of late, inter-locking tiles were laid, that too not fully and the tiles are not cemented. Also, the debris due to digging of trench has not been cleared. Concerned authorities are urged to take steps to complete the work at earliest also ensuring quality.
