Sir, The Road in picture is the 4th Main, 28th Cross, Vidyaranyapuram. After more than a decade of back-breaking motor rides, multiple requests, debates and arguments with elected representatives, our Road was prepared for asphalt on May 10 this year. But alas ! We forgot there is an election ahead. Now we have a Road on which we cannot even walk. Also the jelly stones are washed away due to rain at certain places. When we contact the so-called responsible gentlemen we get to hear lame excuses like no fund to asphalt or raining hence cannot be asphalted. However, I have witnessed few Roads in the vicinity being asphalted though it rains. Can someone have mercy on us ?
